Booking conditions.

A deposit of 50% is requested within 5 days to secure the booking with the balance payable on departure. We accept cheques, all major credit cards or direct deposit. Cancellations made 14days prior to arrival are refunded net a 15% cancellation fee, or held against future bookings. Within 14 days of stay, deposits are only refunded (net of 15%) if we can re-book.
